User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 When using the 'close tab' button on right of tab-bar to close tabs, occasionally a new blank tab will appear at the end of the list of tabs. The new tab will be focused/selected/on-top, and will contain a blank white area. This behaviour seems to be intermittant, happening maybe once for each 10-20 tabs closed. Reproducible: Sometimes
Perhaps, you're accidently double-clicking on the 'close tab' button? (which is something that is fixed at least in the trunk builds)
This is a duplicate, the original has double-click in the summary, and its mac-only
