The video on demand is not supported in firefox.

What do you mean with "not supported" ?
What are the stepd to reproduce ?
Which Browser and which Browser Version are you using ?

Note: I am not the reporter.

If I acutally try this, I get a message:
"We're sorry, this feature is unsupported in Firefox."

They use browser detection via JS:

if ( this.UA.isFirefox && !this.UA.isFirefox100 ) {

}

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
