Currently if you type a view-source URL into the location bar it will open the
source in a view source window. We should consider doing this only when you
press ctrl+enter with your preferences set to open new windows.
I think the idea behind implementing this initially was that if someone copy/pastes a view-source: url in they'll get the view-source window.  Note that that window has lots of features the normal browser lacks (eg "go to line").
