When Right-Clicking on a page, the contextual menu will run off the screen if the link is too high or too low on page. This makes the options at the extreme ends of the menu inaccessible.

When Right-Clicking on a page, the contextual menu will run off the screen if
the link is too high or too low on page. This makes the options at the extreme
ends of the menu inaccessible. I frequently use Display Page in New Tab and am
unable to reach that option unless I scroll the page up or down to make the
targeted link appear in the middle section of my screen. (Screen Resolution =
1280-1024, 32 bit color, 60 htz., Video Adapter: Intel 82845 G/GL Graphics
adapter on a Dell GX260 Desktop PC.
This also happens on another PC I have tested. (Windows 98 on an old Gateway 400
Mhz PC.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right-Click on a link near the top or bottom of the visible screen area when
in Full Screen Mode.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Top (or Bottom) options in Right-Click menu are off the screen and inaccessible.

Expected Results:
Placed the extreme ends (Top or Bottom) of the menu no farther than the edge of
the screen display area.
