This is a java applet to enable deaf and hard of hearing to contact the Sprint
relay center via internet. It does not work with Firefox but it does work with
Safari.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load URL
2. Click on "connect to relay operator"
3.
Actual Results:
Window appears, then "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException..."
Expected Results:
Loaded chat applet

Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!
