When Firefox windows are grouped together, an installed icon pack is not used -
the original Firefox icon is used instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download an icon pack, eg. from iconpacks.mozdev.org
2. Restart Firefox
3. Open several windows (CTRL+N) so that the windows will be grouped together.

Actual Results:
The original Firefox icon is suddenly used.

Expected Results:
The icon from the icon pack should have been used.
We no longer support the install.js method used by those icon packs and I don't see us doing the widget work (this could not be fixed in the shell integration component) to allow changing the main executable's icon which is necessary so Windows will use a different icon than the one associated with the main executable.
