Talkback is no longer installed when selected in a custom install. Probably
since bug 299040

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install firefox
2. Select a custom install and tick the quality feedback agent

Actual Results:  
After installation talkback does not appear in the extensions dir as expected.


Expected Results:  
Installed talkback.
Version: unspecified → Trunk
The talkback.xpi file inside the installer contains:

install.js
bin\readme.txt

I did think that the installer always had talkback, not just nightly ones.
Certainly the build I tested did not have talkback in the installer but did in
the zip build.

Regardless The nightly installers now have talkback so this is WFM.
