300014 - the string for the function for reporting broken web pages is too long and the same for the menuitem and the button

The string in the locale for reporting broken web pages is the same both for the
menuitem and the button in the toolbar. In the italian translation (but I think
others will have this problem) the text of the string is quite long. While there
are no problem for the menuitem, such a long text make the button in the toolbar
too big, as you can see here: http://s05.imagehost.org/1250/brokenwebsite.png
and it's quite awful to see.
If you separate strings for menuitem and button, we will be able to make button
text shorter and let the button size be normal.
