above the middle of the page a horizontal row of links, beginning with the
current issue date.  Go to this URL in Firefox and the links do not appear.

Actual Results:  
Links that should appear, like 'log in' and 'subscribe now' do not appear.

Expected Results:  
Present this links.

The page seems to use HV Menu 5.411 from dynamicdrive.com for those links, maybe
it's misconfigured or not up to date?
