1) on vlc media palyer page the volume band is stable.neither increasing or 
decreasing.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the vlc media player.
2.in the 1st page volume band is steady.
3.try to increase the volume or decrease volume,even then it remains stable

Actual Results:  
 volume band has to increase or decrease accordingly

Expected Results:  
  volume band is stable
