ASAP ? We have been held for two weeks from making a very large contribution.

The list of users who can check in to the a module can be modified by that
module's owners and peers at https://despot.mozilla.org/ .  (I assume it's the
"security" and/or "NSS Stable Release Branch" modules that you're concerned with.)

Yeah, module checkin permissions (although I can get to it) is outside of my
authority.  You need to contact the person listed in the error message when you
attempt to commit there, and they can get you that access.  (Those folks are
also listed on http://www.mozilla.org/owners.html )  That's a separate issue
from getting your cvs access in general.  I can't grant it to you without
getting that person to authorize it anyway, and they have access to do it, so
they might as well just do it once you have their attention. :)  (on the other
hand, if they don't know how or something, feel free to send them back to me)
