In OSX (10.4 Tiger), I have "Full Keyboard Access" turned on, which allows me to
tab between all controls on the current window (text boxes, lists, radio
buttons, check boxes, etc).  However, in Camino, when the "Remember Password"
dialog box appears, it is not possible to tab off of the default selection. 
Also, there is no "alternative" selection available; i.e., usually when a dialog
box comes up, you can press enter to accept the blue button, or spacebar to
accept the blue-outlined button, however, there is only a blue button (Remember
Password) in the Remember Password dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on Full Keyboard Access in the Mac OSX "Keyboard & Mouse" preferences.
2. Start Camino and navigate to a site with username and password text boxes
where Camino would ask whether it should save the password.
3. Submit the form.
Actual Results:  
The "Remember Password" dialog will appear, with the option "Remember Password"
as the default (enter-enabled) selection.  There is no "Haloed"
(spacebar-enabled) selection.  Additionally, pressing the Tab key does not
change focus to the other buttons.

Expected Results:  
The "Remember Password" dialog should appear, but pressing the Tab key should
have the "Halo" effect cycle through the buttons, making them spacebar-enabled.
 Also, the "Don't Remember" button should probably be the default
spacebar-enabled button.

Dupe of 173213 (set for 1.0), where Jasper apparently has a nib waiting to fix this.
