I can confirm this. In order to select some words I first need to disable JavaScript.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050706 Firefox/1.0+ I confirm too. Select All and Find work normally, but clicking anywhere on the page doesn't disable the selections. It's probably an issue of z-index, where a transparent layer is placed on top of the content.
