Kevin, I have another bug on confirm dialogs with text chopped-it may be same underlying reason as to why this text is being cut off. See bug 29656 and reassign as you see fit.

I haven't had activation on for awhile-so I will need to retest- but this dialog comes up when you choose to cancel out of activation- a confirm dialog box comes up for you to press cancel/ok - text in this box is chopped off. I will reset activation and see if still aproblem
