If I open this link (http://www.bismark.it/proxylist/) the page are imperfect.

Malformed markup, not an actual bug in Firefox.  Submitter needs to do more testing to make his HTML work on multiple browsers.  Safari also renders this page identical to Firefox.

Yeah, since it currently looks identically in IE and Fx.
