the summary pretty much says it:
I switch to any tab but the first one, switch back, and the window caption
remains that of the tab that is not the first one...
loading a different page in the first tab updates the window caption correctly...

I've been having a whole lot of first-tab related issues after last updating,
please have a look at Bug 107276 and Bug 300137 also, i think they might be
related - conditions are the same as described in my posts there

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
switch to any tab but the first one then switch back
Actual Results:  
window caption remained that of the tab that is not the first one

Expected Results:  
window caption should get updated...

i had conquery installed in my profile and that was the one causing the trouble...
still interesting this can happen...
