Rafael, did  you try in safe mode?
I'll get this down to a better test case.  It looks like the pop-up is cookie
based (only displays x amount of times) and/or is in conjunction with the "open
in tabs" function.  I have a set of "news sites" which includes CNN.com, CNN
Money.com, ESPN.com and others and it appears that ESPN.com is the one throwing
up pop-ups.  
This is still a problem.

I haven't been able to reproduce a popup using a 7/27 deerpark winxp build after
refreshing the homepage and clicking around espn. If you can reproduce the
popup, please right click the popup, choose page info and tell us the url and
the media types loaded into the page. Thx.
Argh.  Somehow I put espn on my popup whitelist.  I don't know when I did that.
 Probably to test ESPN motion.

Anyhow, marking bug invalid.
