With linux seamonkey build 2005070805, setting the pref to open new windows in a tab has no effect. Clicking on a link with target="something" opens the link in a new window. This regressed between linux builds 2005070702 and 2005070805
This seems to be an Dupe for Bug 299444 (and for mine :-( Duplicate in 299983 too) Andrew, can you check this and mark this as resolved=duplicate if i am right?
