On main page, menu on right does not function (tested in Deerpark and Mozilla
suite - does *really* weird things in Konqueror ;-) ). Highlights, but no link
is followed or apparent.

Gets worse if you actually get further into site:

try adding "charity/charityhome.htm" to the URL - oddly menus now function, but
text is offset; this may well be a frameset problem, but not being able to
follow the intended way to reach the page, it's hard to tell.

As a matter of interest, in Deerpark, when tracking back to the home URL for
purposes of cutting and pasting said URL into this bug report, about 4 frames of
different sizes opened and the browser bombed out. I'd try and reproduce this
for you, but I'd have to enter this bug yet again!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto URL
2. Try to use menus

Items highlight but no link available

Expected Results:  
moved to the page of interest.

The way the menu of this site functions is a bit weird (and admittedly slower in Fx than in IE). However it functions correctly across those browsers.
