Expression of a percentage is different in Turkish than in English. English
follows, say, "56 percent" for 56%. However, it's as "yüzde 56" and shown as 56%
percent in Turkish.

Make it available to chance the order of number and percentage sign (%).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to save or download a file by a Mozilla product.
2. Look at percentage.
3. See #%.
Actual Results:  
I see #% order.

Expected Results:  
Show %# order.

It would be this way: "However, it's as "yüzde 56" and shown as %56 in Turkish."

Ok, I have changed this string  to:

"1 dosya indiriliyor, yüzde 56 tamamlandi"
