Type an address in the location bar, press enter and a web page does not appear,
instead you get a blank tab. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type url in location bar and press enter


Actual Results:  
A blank tab is displayed

Expected Results:  
Web page should be displayed
