When I insert a smiley through the toolbar of the compose window, I can not
enter a " " (blank character, space) exactly after the smiley. Please help me

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write something in the compose text area
2.insert a smiley
3.try to enter a space character

Actual Results:  
It is impossible to enter the blank character

Expected Results:  
It does nothing, It can only enter Letters after smiley
