The location bar in today's build doesn't work when trying to press enter when
typing a specific address or pressing the "Go" button. This doesn't affect the
Search Bar and other navigation of sites.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a URL in the address bar
2. Press enter or click on the Go button

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Went to the URL or produced a 404 error
