300189 - Build and release Slovak Thunderbird 1.1

Description

I landed Slovak "mail" and "toolkit" files into CVS. For "mail" I used files
sent me by Brano. For "toolkit" I migrated files from FF 1.0 from January 26, 2005.

The missing files/strings were replaced with the Englis ones. The list with
files/strings in English follows. The English strings has to be fixed ASAP.

Slovak Thunderbird should be ready to build now.

This is last patch for Slovak TB migration into trunk. Additional locale
polishing should be made by Branislav himself.
