Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4

I am having the same problem, Firefox crashes, QFA creates error log, but there
is no Incident ID # showing, I have at least 4 crash results that are in queue.
The QFA does not send them, although it does try, I then get the following
error "The Agent is unable to connect to the Server. Please check your proxy
settings or try again in a few seconds." Firefox is crashing all the time,
never happened before, just in the past week. I have lost my entire profile. I
am running AVG anti-virus and Zone Alarm, if that means anything. I have DSL.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. It just happens, I do not know why
2.
3.
Does Firefox crash on a specific URL (can you tell as a URL ?). If Firefox
crashs after start, than you can try to start Firefox in Safe Mode
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

The QFA - Talkback needs send permission from Zonealarm, so check if Talback is
allowed to connect to the Internet.

Allison, talkback Servers are down since a while, maybe this is cause for your
Talkback Problem.

In reply to your questions, it happens regardless of URL I am on, and Yes,
Talkback has permission with ZA.

Are they sill down?

I can't connect to talkback servers since some days.... I have an incident in
queue, but it can't be send, because it gets no connection.

What can I do? I don't have a proxyserver, so my settings are correctly.
I also reinstalled firefox, but talkback still gets no connection.
op: "No prob now. Since the bug report my 120 Gig hard drive went so now
have new one"

-> invalid no testcase, no reproducable
