http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/image/vnd.microsoft.icon explains
that the right Content-Type for icons is image/vnd.microsoft.icon, but if an
icon is sent with that Content-Type-header Firefox prompts the user to download
the file instead of displaying it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a URL of an icon sent as image/vnd.microsoft.icon
Actual Results:
Download prompt appears

Expected Results:
The icon should be rendered inline.
