If you want to see a browser history, you choose "Show History" menu item.
Then it should be changed to "Hide History" after selelcting the menu item.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Show History
2. See if it changes to Hide History

Actual Results:  
still "Show History"

Expected Results:  
"Hide History"
History is not a "toggle" the way Bookmarks is.  See explanation in the dupe.
