Links for Most Popular/Newest Themes/Extensions have a title identical to that
of the last category.
e.g. Say the last category is "XUL applications"(in the case of "Extensions for
Firefox"), which has a title of "Full Applications posing as Extensions", then
the "Most Popular Extensions" also will have a titile of "Full Applications
posing as Extensions"

This happens on Themes and Extensions pages for Firefox, Thunderbird, and the Suite.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit https://addons.mozilla.org/themes/?application=firefox
(or https://addons.mozilla.org/themes/?application=firefox,
https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/?application=thunderbird,
https://addons.mozilla.org/themes/?application=thunderbird)
2.Put the mouse cursor over"Most Popular Extensions/Themes" or "Newest
Extensions/Themes", or just view their source


Actual Results:  
A tooltip appeared with text identical to that of the last category shown on the
left.
If source is viewed then the anchor tag will have a "title" attribute which
contained the text.

Expected Results:  
Output no "title" text, or related text(e.g."This is a list for most welcomed
Themes for SOFTWARENAME")

Unable to reproduce. The site has been rewritten between then and now, so I'm marking this FIXED. Do feel free to reopen if you still experience this.
