For whatever reason, Typing into the menu bar doesnot allow the browser to go to
locations.  You need to input your URL into Google to open a site, you cannot go
directly.  This started with today's build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.TYPE address in menu bar
2.press Return
3.Nothing happens



Expected Results:  
Should go to address, yes?
