Camino don't adopt the anchour value behind URLs in the location bar when you
clck on a anchor.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://developer.apple.com/intl/localization/tools.html
2. Click eg. on the AppleGlot link on the menu to the left.
Actual Results:  
Camino jumped down to the anchors location.

Expected Results:  
Camino should jump to the anchor location, but also add #appleglot at the end of
the URL in the addressbar.

Please update to a newer build; this was fixed a couple of weeks ago.
