User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0+ For some reason, the bottom 1/3 of all pages are blank. Its as if the window ends 2/3 of the way down the page. Re-sizing changes it all in proportion. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.view any window 2. 3. Actual Results: the bottom 1/3 or so is blank. The grey bar normally shown at the bottom of the window is shown part way up Expected Results: Window should fill entire page.
Does this occur if you start firefox in safe mode: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Lisa Gibson: This also happened to me on a PC, Windows XP. Just downloaded the newest version Firefox 2.0 and that's when I received the empty space at the bottom of window, under the status bar. Can't resize window, everything remains proportional and there is still lots of blank space at the bottom. With window maximized, the blank space is still there.
-> resolving as works for me. Nathan, Lisa, if this is still an issue for you, please see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Gray_bar_below_status_bar how to fix this.
