Looks like the CVSROOT has one anonymous: too much.
and the webmaster email address seems wrong, too...
That's actually correct, it's specifying both the username and the password (which is legal since cvs 1.11)

This seems to work fine for me.  Perhaps the cvs server was down at the time or something.
