300498 - Listbox/Combobox weirdness when selected

When I select a page that has a listbox, and the listbox is included in the
selection, I experience some weird behaviour.

After selecting the listbox, I left click on any of the listbox' items and try
to drag it. This inititates drag&drop.

When I drop the item, hovering over the listbox will select items on hover.

To Reproduce:

1. Load up https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=115634
2. Select the upper part of the page, so the listbox is included in the selection
3. Try drag&drop with any of the listbox' items
4. Move the mouse over the listbox and notice how items get selected on hover.
