If you undo all your work in a Composer page the Save button stays "active" but
it should revert to "inactive" as the total changes to the document should be none.

Reproducible: Always

This looks like a dupe of bug 72881. See the second comment for why it was
WONTFIXed.

This bug is'nt duplicate of bug 72881.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Composer
2. Click of button Save and Save html document.
3. Create any change in html code
4. Undo all work in document html (CTRL-Z)

Save button is "active" still.
