User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511

When I try to forward any message that comes in with a blank subject line, and
Preferences are set to "Forward Messages as an Attachment", the attachment
appears on the composing window as a file without a file name. When I hit send
all of Mozilla crashes. I will attempt to forward the same troublesome message
Inline and see if it is repeatable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose a message that has a blank subject line
2. Forward it to someone
3. Click Send

Actual Results:
CRASH!

Expected Results:
Forwarded the message through the SMTP as if it were any other well-formed message.
I have tested the case scenerio using Preferences set to Inline and a crash does
not happen. It appears to be only when Preferences are set to "Forward as an
attachment".
Daniel, can you see if this is happening with the newer builds of SeaMonkey? If so, could you get a talkback ID for the crash? http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-trunk/ http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback

Mozilla 1.7 is outdated. Feel free to reopen if you can reproduce it with a current SeaMonkey build.
