User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050712 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b3) Gecko/20050712 Firefox/1.0+

When normal, non-editable text (i.e. not from a text area) is selected, pressing
Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Ins does not copy it to the clipboard.

The equivalent menu items (Edit and context) do work, and copying from editable
text areas works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select some text, e.g. this
2. Press Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Ins
3. Paste the contents of the clipboard somewhere

Actual Results:
Text is not copied - whatever was in the clipboard before stays there and is pasted.

Expected Results:
Copy the text.
