I use BOOKMARK TOOLBAR FOLDERs all the time to have all my sites I visit often.
I created folders to categorize my fav by subject, example TECH NEWS. If I have
say 3 tabs already open. If I right click on TECH NEWS folders and "OPEN IN
TABS" and it opens all of my technews links but over writes the 3 previous tabs
open, doesn't append the new OPEN IN TABS to the already opened 3 tabs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On the bar below URL bar (the "BOOKMARK TOOLBAR FOLDER") create a Folder.
2. Create a few bookmarks in that folder.
3. Now open up 2-3 tabs example, yahoo, cnn, google
4. Now right click on the new folder that was created and select "OPEN IN TABS"

Actual Results:  
yahoo, cnn, and google are now over written with the bookmarks from the new
folder without appending after google.

Expected Results:  
Append to the already opened tabs.
