300673 - Send Page is missing from the File menu

I am missing Send Page on the File menu.  I have Send Link and Save Page as but 
no Send Page.  I use this option a lot in IE and miss it's availability from 
FireFox.  Send Link isn't sufficient when several web pages post the same URL 
so you can't distinguish which one except by sending the page.  Please let me 
know how to get this added to the file menu.  Thanks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Click on File menu
3.

Actual Results:  
Listed the options in the File menu but did not include Send Page.

Expected Results:  
List Send Page
