Today I submitted Linkification 0.10.0 to be listed on UMO.  It was approved and
shows up in the list, but the site still shows 0.9.19 as the latest version. 
0.10.0 is sorted last.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
My guess is the sort function is sorting by string, not by splitting the "."'s
out and sorting by number.
