Hi,
We need to make a 1.7.9 release notes page.
http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.7.9/ goes to 404 at this time.
We need to make that page to correct that problem.
It needs to have release notes.

Attachment: diff between what I just checked in and what you proposed

I just checked in 1.7.9 release notes by copying from 1.7.8 and changing the
version numbers.  Here's a diff between what I checked in and what you propose,
after fixing the line endings (which are inconsistent in your files).  The
files you gave aren't useful since they have the wrapper in them.  They also
have been seriously mangled (for example, relative URLs mostly changed to
absolute, but some changed to files that don't exist) by saving "as complete". 
You also missed at least some of the version number changes.  It's pretty much
impossible to tell what other changes you made.

We don't normally need bugs for this; it's done as part of the release process,
so marking as invalid.  If we had released without doing it, then it might be
worth filing a bug.
