During page load content in the top of the page is continually stretching in
Deer Park Alpha 2. There is no such problem with page load in Deer Park Alpha 1
or Firefox 1.0.4.

This is probably the same issue as bug 295527.
Depends on: 295527
First I could not reproduce this problem, whatever I tried. But it requires
plugin.default_plugin_disabled to true, like bug 299583.
