with an message  Every cookie must have a value. is shown

Expected Results:  
zero bugs  found should be displayed

The URL you're giving contains a script that is not part of Bugzilla
(tr_showtestcases.cgi). If this is a local extension, please mark this bug as
INVALID and contact the person who designed the script.

If ur  uusing bugzill Test  runner .
Create a test plan 
Without  writing any test cases to  the testplan.
Click on the link  List specified under testcases .
The error page is thrown.

Resolution may be like this:
If there is no test cases in a test plan .
The hyper link list should be disabled .Consider this one as a suggestion.

TestRunner is not a Bugzilla product. The script you are using did not come from
the Bugzilla Project.
