Every time talkback comes up, I get an Ignore|Abort|Retry dialog box that must be dismissed before talkback will run. I think it wants something from R:. Not sure what component, nothing looked correct.
tries to mount all drives to provide config info, make sure r: is unmounted if its unreachable.
