What appears to be happening is that that a image with an align= tag, with text flowing around it, in a table cell causes the flowing text to be improperly wrapped. See http://www.dzm.com/test/table.html for screen shots of Communicator 4.72 vs Mozilla M14 on the same page (both viewing http://www.dzm.com/BM/y98.html).
Looks like a floater problem

Note that the test case requires the floating image within a table, followed by a paragraph. This may be table related.
