STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Load a page with links that _DOES NOT_ open in another window or tab.
2. Click a link.
3. Press the back button.
4. Click another link.

RESULT:
Now both links have the focus outline.

EXPECTED:
First link should lose outline when second becomes active.

That's what I get for searching for duplicates on "outlines" instead of focus. ;-Þ
