Details

The sunbird tinderboxes are producing debug builds. Those debug builds are
pushed to the ftp server. I think they should be opt builds.
Also, they have tests enabled. Those can be disabled to make the download
somewhat smaller.

Thanks for helping us get the mozconfigs right on these systems as both were
sent for an initial stab at getting Sunbird builds available.

galactica: changed --enable-debug/--disable-optimize to
--disable-debug/--enable-optimize.  Added --disable-tests.

solaria: changed --enable-debug/--disable-optimize to
--disable-debug/--enable-optimize.  Added --disable-tests.

Remove last-built files and respun both systems.
