Not sure if this is a dup, can't get bugzilla to respond to queries. The "My Sidebar customize..." title bar is frequently not drawing. Instead, I see the windows NT background inside it. I have also seen this instead of the instant messenger header inside the buddy list.
This is not a core layout issue...

This is not a duplicate of 19230. This mentions a problem which is long gone ( the customize text in the title bar appeared transperant ie background from navigator window used to show). bug 19230 mentions a refresh problem when browser window is moved over the sidebar. Reopening this bug and closing as WFM since this behaviour is not seen anymore.Thnx.
