In any web site, the page progress indicator at the bottom of the browser become
corrupted and displays incorrectly

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Camino
2.Once logged on, go to any website
3.There it is

Actual Results:  
As described above

Expected Results:  
Shown a normal progress indicator

I can reproduce this every time I navigate to a web page.

Ludo mentioned this in another bug a while back; it seems to happen after
viewing plugins.
