300796 - cannot get new extensions or themes, get sent to a page asking me to update version

I have just downloaded the new version 1.0.5, and have tried to access the
extensions download page, as there was an error in them updating. Clicking
Tools, Extensions, 'Get More Extensions' gets me redirected to
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/upgrade/?application=%7bec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384%7d
which tells me to update the version of Fx to 1.0.4 or later.

But I have 1.0.5; I cannot update it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Downloaded Fx 1.0.5
2. Uninstalled Fx 1.0.4
3. Installed Fx 1.0.5
4. Loaded Fx, tried to auto-update the Extensions. It fails, so I try to go to
the Extensions download page.

Actual Results:  
Get redirected to a page asking me to update to a newer version.

Expected Results:  
Taken me to the Extensions and Themes download site.

As shown in the thread Ria linked to this is caused by two things. The
stumbleupon extension modifies the user agent sent by the browser and the site
uses that user agent to determine the version you are using. As can be seen in
Comment #0 your user agent is reporting as Firefox/0.10.
