Build Identifier:
I just installed Thunderbird on a fresh mac os 10.4 install. I started it up and the initial screen offering to
import mail from other applications only had the "Don't import anything" option displayed. I then
continued to finish the config wizard and tried the Tools>Import tool. After selecting mail, the only two
options displayed are Communicator 4.7 and Eudora. There's no option for Outlook Express 5. It is a
classic application as well.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Thunderbird
2. Use tools>import to import mail
3. Wonder where the option to import Outlook Express 5 is
Expected Results:
Offered an option to import Outlook Express email

Reporter, does the issue still exist in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?
(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest 2.0.0.x is version 2.0.0.16)

I know longer have access to that platform. So I don't know if that issue still exists.
